Viking dress – horse

This Viking apron dress is based on the heraldry of my household, Equus Celox.  The dress and applique are all wool, and I did the embroidery in cotton.  I used tablet weaving to create the straps with crochet cotton.  Seams are finished with long arm cross stitch, applique is put on with blanket stitch, and details are done in stem stitch.
